its a decent belt mounted holster for my work motorolas, I have a HT 1250 series and a xpr 3300 series that I alternate between depending on what my assignment for the day is. both radios seat nicely in this holster, and the mic plug does not interfere. the electric retention strap is a bit short for both of them. maybe would have gone up a size, if I could test fit them before buying, but I can live with that at this price point. I have had other radio holsters that would droop away from the body, causing the radio to catch on items when doing tasks, so i had been using just the radio clips on my belt, but thr clips were wearing my leather belt as my belt was to thick for them to lock in properly and would slide around. if this holds up I will either find some longer elastic for the retention clip, or wait for it to stretch out, elastic always seem to stretch out when used daily.
