Got this for my home stereo and it works great. Had it set up and subscription up and running in less than 10 minutes.The Sirius XM Tour Radio reception is just fine. My only complaint is that the remote control will not turn the radio on. I have tried four remotes, and none of them will turn the Tour Radio on. The only way to power it up is to press the ON button located on the back of the radio. I believe this is a flaw in the Tour Radio's firmware or hardware design. The previous Sirius XM radio I had, an XMp31, had a remote which would turn it on and off. Other than that, I am pleased with the Tour Radio's performance.This is great but it takes a little bit to load. To me, that is fine, I am not the kind of person who needs music immediately when I start the car. I turn down the radio because It's noise to me until I get acclimated into where I am going... When I decide to turn it up, I really do enjoy my listening experience ...I purchased the SjoyBring JOY-A019 double dinner radio. The wiring and installation instructions were complete and easy to follow. I love that my back up camera and dash cam are viewable at the radio now. After I installed the radio I contacted tech support on facebook and they provided me the updated firmware for the radio with instructions on how to update it. The radio works great, it looks good installed and I am extremely happy with my purchase.I often drive for many hours . This was a gift, my wife's idea for father's day. Installation is a bit amateurish as I did it myself and could not invisibly route some of the wiring. HOWEVER! The ability to have uninterrupted music, talk etc is fantastic and far outweighs the little bit of visible wiring.I’ve had satellite radio since 2003, always portable units, so I’ve been through quite a few versions of new radios on both the Sirius and XM sides (and SiriusXM). I was excited about the Tour radio integrating their All Access service to the max. The radio is nice and compact and looks sharp, however there are quite a few quirks that is making me suspend service on it and returning it.As others mentioned, the unit takes a good minute or so to boot up and get audio going. Seems the unit is based on Android, so it’s similar to booting a phone or tablet. Other radios are usually up and outputting audio in the matter of 10 seconds or less.Channel changes: Don’t like the way you scroll through channels. Also, scrolling through channels actually changes whatever channel you were listening to the instant the scroll stops to look at a channel. It’s not very friendly for driving.Favorites: Gone are preset buttons, they are now a favorite screen like the app. Again, didn’t find it friendly for driving.WiFi: The radio complains when the radio boots and it doesn’t see WiFi. You can dismiss the screen. In my case, I used mobile hotspot on my phone, which isn’t always active. I then enabled the hotspot, but the radio isn’t smart enough to connect on its own. You have to go into the WiFi settings and re-select your network for it to connect. Found that to be irritating.So they still need to work on this technology. The radio is nice and compact and the display is nice. The ability to scroll through to an “online only” channel and just have it play like a satellite channel was nice. Channel logos and song title information with album art looked good.But, like I said, just wasn’t doing anything for me, so I’ll happily continue with my Onyx+ radio for now and use the phone app if I want other channels.I have two of these radio's and wanted one more for my SHE SHACK lol. And I have with both my radio's lifetime service. But now they don't have that anymore but have a 3 year plan THAT COST THE SAME AMOUNT $650.00 every 3 years . No way boss I will keep my other two radio's and move them as I do and sent this back Jack. I am done with SIRIUS now.....My former Sirius XM model would only play via fm frequency which offered limited sound quality and would get interference if the frequency overlapped with a local station. Once I got this unit connected via my Bluetooth adapter (it was already plugged in to my car's aux jack) and once I connected it to wifi via my phone's Hotspot access, this Sirius XM unit boots up and automatically handshakes with wifi and the net. So, now, the sound is crystal clear, the bass is deep, and I have extra music channels and some related programming. Boot up takes a little time but it is worth it for the convenience.. Display is easy to read.To some extent, with some channels, you can skip a song or program back or forward or go to the beginning again. This Sirius XM unit is geared to convenient listening while at the wheel.... (While, if I use my android phone alone for radio or music, it is great, but,snafus arise such as popup ads and I have to grit my teeth until the next time I stop the car and sort them out.)...
