Purchased this as a replacement after someone broke into my truck and cracked my screen, trying to steal it. Glad I went with one, It has worked as it is supposed to since it was installed, and thats been a little over a year ago.Update #2: decided to return this item. Too much of a headache. I might have gotten a defective item but we'll never know as the email to the seller doesn't get any response.Update: After a little less than a week after installing the radio, the interface has gotten even slower. Changing music took a good 20 seconds while using Google maps. Seriously considering returning the radio; the lag is not worth it. Oh and now if I turn the volume down, it does nothing for 30 to 18 and from 17 down, the volume is cut in half. No stepdown volume. It's high, mid.... Haven't gone lower since my drive wasn't long enough to test it out.I got this to upgrade my old JVC radio since bluetooth technology has surpassed the capability of the JVC. 10.1 is a good size for my Bronco. Fits perfectly except it doesn't lock into the cage which makes sense since you can't get to it if it does. What I do like:1. Big screen. Makes looking at stuff a whole lot easier.2. Touchscreen works well with the functions involved in working this unit.3. Really simple to use since it's just an android tablet. What I don't like:1. The stock display is absolutely repugnant. Can't change anything like the sad, pathetic looking dude on the left. Oh, you're in America and use MPH? Too bad, you're stuck with KPH. Fahrenheit? What's that? I had to install Agama to make the changes as per the seller, you can't change that in the stock display. Wish they didn't try so hard and just give it a simple block button display.2. S.L.O.W. Adding Agama probably didn't help the 1 gig. Went to use Google maps and it took a good 10 seconds for everything to load and I already downloaded offline maps.3. The still shots show very sharp and clear display. In reality, that's not the case. It is clear, don't get me wrong but not as clear as the ads pictures claims to be. Youtube to YouTube TV to YouTube Music, I've seen exact samr very sharp and clear videos on my tv, phone and other tablet but this one isn't that great. Kinda bummer about that.4. Sub remote wire (yellow it seems here and not the traditional blue) doesn't work. I had to connect it to the ACC to make the sub turn on. In the Q&A section, the seller claims it should just come on but the reality is, a sub doesn't magically come on when the remote gets 0 reading. So the instructions are a bit frustrating and inaccurate.5. Not sure if I got a bad unit but when I hit a bump, the radio restarts itself. I soldered every connection (there's a great youtube video on why you should solder connections and how easy it is with all different ways) and the plugs are clipped on tight. I'll have to investigate unless this restart was a hick up.So 2 stars for a nice big display and the touchscreen is responsive WHEN it is running smoothly but the lag is just a killer deal after paying $120+. Sub $100, I'd give it a pass but for the price I paid, I expected something a little better. I'd revise my review as I use this in the long-term.I love this radio. Very easy to use. I do not like the stock interface, I immediately changed it out for another interface. I am using Car Launcher from the app store. Everything works as it should, my only issue with this radio was that I could not get my Bluetooth obd reader to connect to this radio. My phone connects just fine, but my obd reader would not. I used a wifi obd dongle instead and it's working just fine. Since you cannot connect two Bluetooth devices, this is the preferred method for me anyway so I can listen to my phone's music and watch Torque Pro as I'm driving. I've had no issues with any feature on this radio, volume control works fine, but I am using an amplifier to power my speakers. The radio is not too laggy, screen is very responsive. I've only had it lock up on me once when I was changing the touchscreen keyboard from default to gboard. I had to press the reset button on the front and haven't had an issue since. I use Google maps downloaded for offline viewing. I am seriously blown away at the value of this radio. It replaced a similar eBay version of this radio and it is night and day difference. I like my eBay radio, but it was terribly laggy and the screen showed lines in it after a hot day. I highly recommend this radio for anyone wanting a large screen for backup camera, offline gps, Bluetooth streaming music, and monitoring my vehicles performance using torque pro. Those are my favorite and primary features for my usage. For the price it was worth it, my kids love it, but i only gave it 4 stars because its glitchy, when using gps navigation, and are listening to music, the navigation voice is super loud over the music that it's startling, and the music quality sounds bad but then filters itself back, and the only other thing is the volume, i have a amplified bazooka bass tube and all 4 door speakers running to the head unit, but most of the time when I turn the volume up and down, i can still hear my bazooka but the door speakers that are connected to the stereo short out and you have to play with the volume to get them to turn back on. I have the wiring instructions and diagram and everything it correctly connected, i guess you just get what you pay for, but don't let mine or anyone elses review scare you off of buying this product, it's positives really outweigh it's negatives and overall it's a good product and value especially for it's price.KPH display can NOT be changed MPH !Otherwise a nice unit.Big Beautiful displayFirst off i will start by saying, THIS THING IS HUGE. But it fits nicely in my 2003 Tahoe. I did have to do some custom mounting for it to retain in the dash however but that is to be expected for a radio of this type/size. You will need to be creative when mounting it in some vehicles. Overall the performance in my 2003 tahoe w/ Factory Bose speakers is flawless. No issues so far. The audio quality on the factory bose speakers is better than the original head unit! The software equalizer makes for quick easy adjustments. Screen quality is bright and crisp. Touch screen is very responsive and you dont have to mash down hard on it like some screens. The fact it also came complete with rear camera for the price was a huge bonus.Highly recommended if your looking for an inexpensive replacement head unit and camera. This thing is definitely got bang for its buck!
