Procomm JBC930 Super Heavy Duty 3/8-24 Stud Mount for Ham & CB Radio Antennas - Durable Antenna Mount for Trucks, Jeeps & Off-Road Vehicles

I've had all kinds of the types of mounts, but this one is by far the most rugged I have run across. The insulator is made of heavy duty material, so it will not wear out easy. The rest of the mount is solid and wide based, giving it more surface area to contact the mounting plate. I installed a heavy duty stainless steel spring on it and about 6 inches of all thread, some coupling nuts, jamb nuts, and a 102" stainless steel whip antenna. So far it has stayed tight and makes good contact with ground, and is holding up nicely considering all the steel it's holding up on the toolbox of my pickup. High winds, tree limbs, and everything else a mobile antenna is subjected to is no match for this mount, it would break my toolbox before it failed I firmly believe. Highly recommend!
