Item arrived earlier than expected and was exactly when I needed. Tried out with Rechargeable AA Lithium Ion Batteris and works great on my UV-5R Radio. Fits radio correctly. (6 Lithium Ion batteries equals 7.5 Volts, which matches the original factory batteries). Only thing I would note is he picture on Amazon shows a Wrist Strap with the Battery Case, but was not included. Not an issue, as I bought the case for the great price and did not need another wrist strap anyway.
