This touch screen device seems well built. Aluminum back with a tablet type screen interface. No knobs if you can operat the latest phones/tablets this should be a cake walk to operate I am learning. Now the real world stuff. Intalation Must be done by a proffessional or a level 8 DIY'er. Yes it is not your everyday plug in your dash and play. The photo is the dash of a 1998 Chevy Cheyenne C2500 pickup. Dash mods made with a dremmel tool. Two other items were purchased on amazon to have a factory slide into dash. (1)A wire adaptor for this vehical and (2)mounting brackets also for this vehical. It was not hard after these itemswere added. I am a proffessional retired.Works well. Nice features.Quit working after 3 months. I read the reviews and assumed it wouldn'thappen to me and surprise surprise...it happened. The touchscreen remin me of a cheap tablet with a screen protector on it. You have to dig into the screen for it to register and move anything. Connecting to WIFI is completely pointless. By the time it turns on, and connects, and loads the app, your half to your destination. And don't let you go through a tunnel or a bad signal area, then it disconnects and has to start all over. Bluetooth is even more annoying. I literally have to reconnect everyday after my husband uses it. I can't just click on. The radio from my phone and it's connected. Noooo, I have to go into Bluetooth settings, click the unlink button, click my phone, click the link button, go to my phone and connect the Bluetooth, then go to Bluetooth music just to listen to music. Mic is horrible I end up turning my speaker phone on during a call everytime. And when your on the phone, the music DOES NOT stop. And there is no way to controll the volume. So you just music blasting in the background of your phone call. Power button isn't a power button at all. It's a mute button. That's all. I wish there was more customizable features especially with the homepage. It has a car driving a road and it's SUPPOSED to read your speed as you drive. Going off the radar I would have gotten multiple tickets when it says I'm doing 50 when I really doing 35. I could literally be in park and it says I'm going 20 mph. I mean I wouldn't mind just taking that screen but I can't. Sound quality was decent but I think that was mainly my car speakers doing to work, not the adjustable settings. Volume was annoying. You have the option set your volume to a specific number when you start the car. Does it do that, no of course not. So you have to press the tiniest + sign to turn up the volume. One number st a time. No you can't slide, no you can't hold down to button. Just completely awful. I should have listened to the reviews and saved myself the frustration. Now I have to find a new radio because it just so happened to crap out just after my warranty expired. Typical.I faced some issues with my radio but their Customer Service Team approached me and offer several solutions in order to improve my experience as a customer.I would defenitely buy again from this seller.nice screen, touch screen works good, nice picture and video good sound first unit had a default with slow start up second unit worked fine and is still working goodEverything worked well except the Bluetooth. This was a show stopper for me so I contacted the seller. Seller was helpful and responsive and I was happy with your customer service. They tried to solve the problem with technical service and determined the BT module was defective. They issued a refund.Extreeeeeemely SLOW device, apps require patience… Some apps freeze. But for the price, this is a steal. I’m satisfied with my purchase.I purchased the 10 in. version for my Yukon XL, and it has been working great, no issues, and that was months ago. So when I decided to put one on my motorcycle, it was a no brainer. I bought this 7 in. version, and on the initial test run to see how everything sounded together, I almost ran my battery down I was enjoying it that much, and listening to it for so long. Well worth the money.
