The GN047-SBH-1B air vent car mounting pedestal is compatible with devices or holders (sold separately) that feature the Single T-Slot mounting pattern, including XM Satellite Radios (XM Onyx, StarMate, Stratus, Roady, Samsung Nexus & Helix) and third-party universal holders sold by Bracketron, Scosche, and others. This package includes only Arkon’s Air Vent Mount with Single T-Tab. The air vent mount clips onto any horizontal car air vent louvers, and a support leg rests on the bottom of the vent for added reinforcement. Garmin GPS devices can also be mounted to the car’s air vent by simply unscrewing the swivel ball adapter and revealing the 17mm ball mount base. For complete mount solutions, Arkon recommends the Mega Grip Removable Air Vent Mount (SM429-SBH), or the Mega Grip Travelmount Mini Windshield or Dashboard Mount with Removable Air Vent Mount (SM410).
