This little package has good points and bad points;Pro's1. It is small, and has good sound for its' size.2. Visibility is great, display is large, and brightness is easily set.Con's1. The clock radio operation is a disaster; due to incomplete instructions. I found that if you expect the clock radio to work normally, it must be set to blue-tooth mode. Then at the alarm, the buzzer or radio will work as planned. The snooze also works as planned. Otherwise, if you have the buzzer set, the alarm will buzz at the appropriate time, but the snooze turns on the fm radio...If you have the FM set, the alarm indicator will blink at the set time but will not turn on the FM radio.2. The wireless charger is very very finicky. Sometimes it works, and sometimes I cannot find the sweet spot.3. It does not have either a backup battery or memory for previous settings. So, if you have a power failure, the entire thing must be reset. (oddly, if you turn it off (long press on the power button) it seems to have all the data stored).4. It does not have a DST switch, but setting the time forward or back by one hour is not a big deal.5. Customer support in answer for items 1,2 was nonexistent. It was, however, very good on another aluratek product.
