These fit my older Motorola LXT380VP3 2-way radios. I didn't think that it would work, but they fit perfectly (need to make sure that the little protrusion is at the top and not at the bottom when clipping it into the radio). These do NOT trigger my charging base to turn green when fully charged, so you have to "eye" it and watch how long the radios have been sitting in there. Other than this, I'm pretty happy with the purchase!
