I've had a love/hate relationship with these types of remote radio mics. I've had several of them (don't recall the brands) that I've used with my Baofeng hand-held radios and they almost always transmit poorer audio (from me, as the sender) than the radio's built-in mic, based on the feedback I get from those out on the trails with me. But the results have been better with this one. No complaints from my mates so far, and the sound I receive back through it is good. I don't know about the "noise cancelling" feature, I can't really tell if that's doing anything unless that's contributing to the better signal. Overall pretty pleased with it so far.
